Do I have to live in a certain state to work for Linwood & Associates Co?

Yes. Linwood & Associates Co can accept CSPs United States, UK, Canada, and Jamaica. Below is a list of states we are currently sourcing in.

How will I be paid?

You will be paid on the 15th and 30th of every month via direct deposit. If one of those dates is a National Holiday it will be processed the following day. 

Does Linwood & Associates charge service fees?

All Linwood & Associates Co agents servicing during any pay period will be charged a $19.95 platform fee for using the Arise platform that is automatically taking out of company's invoice.

Linwood & Associates Co will charge a 10% Administration Fee per invoice (pay period) to. over all administration and payroll fees, our Customer Service Professionals (CSPs) will also have an experienced support team to assist and coach them through any process to help them provide a quality customer service experience and be a productive income earner.

How much is the start-up cost?

To service any of our clients, you will need to have:

All agents have to submit a background check. 


Do I have to have a certain type of Windows on my computer?

Yes, a lot of our clients require specific system requirements to service for their company. It is highly advised that you take a look at those requirements by click on the employment opportunity for specific details regarding any client. For example: Windows 10 and 11 are the common requirements. 

Can I use a laptop computer to service?

In some cases, you may be able to use a laptop computer, if it meet all the system requirements. Please be advised that your keyboard and mouse have to be wired, no wireless. Please refer to the employment opportunity for specific system requirements.

Do I have to have a landline?

Not all clients require you to have a landline. Arise has been in the process of transitioning over to AVG 1.5 (Arise Virtual Gateway to connect to client systems. This means that you can use a USB Headset to service some clients. It is recommended that you review the system requirements for full details. 

How do I switch to Linwood & Associates Co from another IBO?

If you want to change your IBO, you will need to contact your current IBO and ask to be released. Once you are released you can request to join Linwood & Associates Co. Login to your portal and simply click on the link that says Join an Arise-affiliated corporation. Now enter the Linwood & Associates Co EIN (811975873).



What forms may I need in the future?
